We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide our residents. The Villa employs a team of staff with extensive experience. We have RGN's and care assistants on duty 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
The manager or assistant manager carry out assessments on all prospective residents before they come to join us, this is to ensure we can meet their needs. We are also able to take emergency admissions in special cases.
Weekly visits and available on call for any emergencies or medical needs.
Regular dentist visits to maintain oral health for all residents.
Vision care through scheduled optician visits at the home.
Professional foot care services provided regularly on-site.
Physiotherapist visits to help maintain mobility and physical wellbeing.
On-site hairdressing services to help residents look and feel their best.
